PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard

Confirmation of your booking is made by credit card.
After sending your credit card details, the hotel will take action to pre-authorise for the amount equal to the downpayment.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
The card will be charged only in case of late cancellation (see Cancellation Policy below).
Payment is made on departure (Check-Out) by credit card or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SELECTION
For bookings from 1 May to 15 July & 1 September to 31 October
- For cancellations made earlier than 7 days prior to arrival, there will be no charge.
- For cancellations made within a period of less than 7 days before arrival, you will be charged on your Credit Card, an amount equal to the cost of three (3) days.
- For cancellations on the day of arrival (no-shows), an amount equal to 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged to your Credit Card.
- In case of early departure from the hotel, an amount equal to 100% of the days remaining must be charged.

For reservations from July 16 to August 31
- For cancellations made earlier than 14 days prior to arrival, there will be no charge.
- For cancellations made within a period of less than 14 days prior to arrival, you will be charged on your Credit Card, an amount equal to the cost of three (3) days.
- For cancellations on the day of arrival (no-shows), an amount equal to 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged to your Credit Card.
- In case of early departure from the hotel, an amount equal to 100% of the days remaining will be charged.

BANK TRANSFER (PAYMENT BY TRANSFER / DEPOSIT)
In case of bank transfer / deposit, the downpayment amount required is 30% of the total reservation.

The deadline for the deposit is 2 days after the reservation has been made.
The proof of bank deposit should be sent to our hotel (by email or fax)

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
All children under 4 years old stay free in the existing beds of the reserved room. There is NO possibility of adding extra beds in the rooms.
If an extra beds is necessary, please consult with the hotel.
Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 2.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR AGENCIES
In addition to the above, especially for bookings made by travel agents, the following are in effect:
For all bookings made by travel agents, the full amount should by paid the day before arrival of the client. Bookings through travel agents that have not paid the full amount on the day before arrival, will be canceled and the above cancellation policy will apply.

For the period July 30 to August 22, the shortest period of stay in our hotel is 4 days.
